Ashwin Navratri
Navratri is celebrated four times a year. They are Ashad Navaratri, the Ashwin Navaratri, the Magh Navaratri and the Vasant Navaratri. Of these, the Ashwin Navaratri and the Vasant Navaratri of the chaitra are very important. The other two navratra's are known as gupt navratra meant for sadhaks. Ashwin navratri puja has the potency to protect the individual from negative forces and propitiate Shakti to bestow upon us wealth, prosperity, knowledge both sacred and secular, and other required positive energies.
Durga Puja - Ashwin Navratri 2013 Dates
Ashwin navratri, also known as Sharad Navratri or Durga Navratri, is a nine day festival dedicated to Goddess Kali of dus mahavidya. In the year 2013, Durga Puja, Ashwin or Sharad navratri will be from 5th oct 2013 to 14th oct 2013. AstroSpeak on this occasion is conducting ashwin navratri puja from pratipada to dasami shukla paksha in ashwin masa(october 2013). These are very auspicious days for the tantriks, sadhaks for sadhana and also for any other specific Vedic pooja to resolve the materialistic problems and spiritual enlightenment.
Durga Puja
Navratri puja is a sanctified festival of Goddess Durga. Navratri is a blissful solemnisation involving nine nights of worship. The Nine Nights of Goddess Durga has a great significance in terms of spiritual and material gain. To rejuvenate ourselfs, both physically and mentally We tune with the creative energies that come to the fore during these nine navratri nights. During these Durga Puja or Ashwin or Sharad navratri auspicious days, extensive prayer is offered to request earnestly Goddess Durga and Kali for blessings. |
